and heading back down woop. Just need to keep focused to be 75kg by Christmas. Hotel room with my partner this weekend so I know there will be alcohol involved, just need to keep smart about it. Vodka lime and soda all the way haha. Also hoping the work Christmas party doesn't ruin my good work.
