Doing good. I have found that I can eat the Sugar free jello as a treat. I had to have 2 yesterday. I actually stopped at the store to buy a few things and my hand picked up some candy that I love. I looked at the calories, fat, and the sugar, and decided that the sugar free jello would be just as yummy. IT WAS! and I still managed to loose half a pound.
Resistance is not futile!
