Well, I'd like to be able to say that this loss is all down to hard work, but the truth is, I've had a severe chest infection and been so ill, that I've had no appetite at all!! No doubt once I'm better and back at work, the pounds will start piling back on again!!

Yes I was in a car accident and I used physical therapy as a springboard into exercising at the gym again. No looking back.

Yes I also have been sick sence right before Christmas so that was my start so now I eat every 2 hrs. Small small portions. Keep up the good work.
