super bowl party wrote this day off had a few beers 6, couple steak Hoagies beef onion roll ups with cream cheese, some chicken, some barbecue rib, no diet at all but what a great day and Tom Brady go blue! what a awesome comeback.

But the sad news I gained 2 pounds for my official Monday morning weigh in.oh well back to work.

Have been doing push ups and standing curls 3 days a week along with daily walking moving up the weight training M-W & F
Bench press, Standing curls, Peck Deck, Push ups, Standing Triceps, Row, Lat Pull, Knee Raises, Squats (with dumbbells light weight) when in better condition will add pull ups and start some heavy bag.
99,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 22,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
