Yesterday was kind of a hungry day, but I still followed fine. I was going to just have the leftover chicken breast for dinner but I had the thigh too. My stomach looked wicked bloated last night but is fine now. I had galette w/ ff cream cheese, 1 egg for breakfast. Skim latte with equal, roast beef, cottage cheese, dannon lite & fit caramel yogurt so far today.
