I gained about 7 lbs over xmas new year, being on leave from work etc. I had gained approx 5lbs after finishing insanity and p90x but that was due to looking starved and i didnt feel comfortable. I let my weight come up, gaining a bit of muscle but not much fat at all, and now just need a week back at it to get to the 170lbs ideal weight I think looks right on me.
