So, here we go again. The weight is creeping back on, partly because it is 'that time' but mostly because I have had 3 holiday parties, a birthday party, and an all weekend babysitting gig that have kept the temptations and appetite up and the time to exercise nonexistent!
The nightmare, my vacation is scheduled for February 28, and I will now set the eternal goal, to lose weight before my beach trip... these goals are rarely attained, in fact,my pattern is to lose a little then pack it all plus some back on the week befor I leave, like a weight gain panic attack! I have right around 12 weeks. 2pnds a week x12=24 right. So ...153 should be attainable ... of course I havent weighed that since highschool so who am I kidding. at one pound a week I would be at 165, no the best but sure better than now. Anyway, come the end of February, we will see.
