Today was weekly weigh-in day. I lost 1 pound exactly. I'm grateful for the loss but had hoped for more. My husband lost 2.5. I'm happy for him because he becomes discouraged more easily than I do.
Here's to another week of trying to get healthy! I keep telling myself that this isn't a diet, it's a way of life. It will be easier once I am living a THIN way of life (LOL)!
