Yes I fell off the wagon and yes I gained weight. I still believe my motivation is tied to hormones and when they get unbalanced I lose all motivation. I read all I can but usually feel more confused and don't know what way to turn.

I SO understand the hormones.... it is sooo challenging. Jump back on with all of us and hold on .... we are heading the right direction by just being here and talking!!!!

When the weight comes on so fast it can go off just as fast. You have to get back on that wagon and hang on!!
