Congrats Arnica, you are showing some great progress. I hope you are feeling better. Think how wonderful you are being to yourself by taking care of your body. I always feel better when I eat healthy. My health care plan wanted me to go on anti depreseeants, I said why not follow a healthy diet. They said that would take too long...ha.. I went on my atkins induction last week and today my blood sugars are below 180 from being over 400 and I feel great. I know that I wont lose a tremendous amount of weight until I get my sugars down to normal. So for now, that is my goal. Do you any goals this week?
