I continue to cycle 32km/day - 5 days a week. That's roughly 10 hours and 160km. Total as of 3/19 - 1090.11 km (677 miles) since Feb 6.
Today marks 32 days without alcohol.
No processed foods. All meals homemade. Only 'cheat' foods: baked rice crackers and 'tin' milk in my morning coffee. Oh, and some organic honey in my tea.
