I have been dealing with a lot of difficulties in my life including a systemic infection from dental infection my teeth, taking care of my dad with alzheimers disease ( severe stage) , diabetes type 2.Yesterday, decided to unsubscribe from ww yesterday. I have concluded momentum was a betterr program than the points plus program for me. So im going to count calories and use exchanges to form a meal plain. This has worked for me in past. I won't go back to the points plus plan.... but ww considered an etools option for momentum I would consider returning. Jmo.
