This week I went off reservation for 2 days.
kept under my macros except for beer On Sunday and Tuesday.

Did not lift for Chest day, and no cardio on Wednesday.

Still lost my weight.

Confident I can back off HIIT Cardio from 30 minutes to 25 minutes 3 days a week instead of 4 and still make my weekly goal. Will adjust this week and see.

This 5 day split is really working well. getting in explosive and energetic workouts for every muscle group. It seems they are responding well to muscle groups being taxed just once a week.

On Sunday was in the kitchen making a big batch of Lima bean stew, cranberry bean chili with a piles of brown rice, boiled sweet potatoes, and chopped kale onions and mushrooms for the week. Skinless chicken breasts were on sale so I bout 20 pounds and cooked a bunch of them as well for the week.

Have a lean steak waiting for me tonight.

My regimen has worked well for strength in the gym and muscle recovery.

First thing upon waking I have 2 scoops protein powder with 1 cup almond milk if I have it or else straight water ( now I am out). I eat 15 grams of pumpkin seeds and all my vitamins with the protein drink.

After at least an hour, I have a drink with L Glutamine, L Arginine, lemon juice and vinegar, then get ready for the gym. On the way to the gym eat an apple.

After workout eat a banana, and protein drink. When I get home have my largest meal of the day with plenty of carbs and protein with veggies.

Mid meal i have water with another 5 grams L Glutamine, then space remaing meals out accordingly.

An hour or so before bedtime, I take another 5 grams of L Arginine.

it seems to be working as recovery and soreness is at a minimum ( no more advils), and i am increasing my workout volume while shortening time during lifting.

I will be monitoring clesely to see if this trend continues.
