Hard work does pay off! It was hard yesterday since I was home all afternoon on my afternoon off. I had major case of cravings. I didn't want to snack. I already grabbed 1/2 oatmeal muffin and 4 mini rice cakes. My advice to anyone that wants to succeed is NOT to have things like that in the house. Rice cakes ar better than cookies or cakes, but they are just sitting on the shelf as a temptation for me to get carried away and eat too many.

You are almost to your goal, that's great! I know what you mean about having the snacks in the house. It's hard to do when others just keep bringing them in. :(

YES! I keep very little in my house for that reason! People serioulsy laugh when they come over and look in my pantry and fridge! If you ask me, we don't even need fridges that big! Hehe

lol thanks ya'll! I agree about the fridge, but my freezer is STUFFED! I made beans for a cleaning of our Kingdom Hall last weekend and well long story short, I accidently bought double the beans, so in addition to eating these fabulous beans all week, I just froze 7 cups for leftovers! Hubby and I have gotten really good at eating the foods I can eat and eating the leftovers! Today he had leftover chicken parmesean and I had beans (of course). He is down to 148.2 this morning! This AFTER he gave up on eating steamed broccoli lol! He quit keeping up with his foods, confident that he could make wise choices. Then he went back to eating carbs and the weight started coming back. So he decided maybe I DID know what I was talking about. So now he just eats what I fix and then he adds a carb side and I usually don't. He may have mac and cheese or potatoes and I just have spinach, broccoli, baby carrots, green beans, peas etc.
