Had another snack bag of salt & vinegar potato chips yesterday, but I forgot to bring a snack and they were just too darn tempting! At least I walked hard for 1 hour! My legs this morning are still feeling it! Am I really that out of shape?
We ate a nice top round roast with creamed turnips (Atkins recipe) and roasted asparagus (Atkins). Everybody loved it!
