I don't have a clue what happened. Not at all. And I'm really very upset about it. I did everything right, under 1200 calories but over 1100, 75ish grams of protein, 100 carbs 45 grams of fat... I don't understand. I don't feel bloated, and I actually didn't do as much as far as building muscle goes so it's not a gain in muscle. All I can think is that I'm gaining weight for some unknown reason inside my body or that I really am bloated and just don't see it or feel it? I've had a migraine for a week and i think the medicine can make you bloat so that could be. I'm pretty upset about it, because I know I did almost everything perfect. I messed up once. I mean come on. I'm wondering if I need to go back to only getting carbs from fruits and veggies. I started eating high fiber whole grain cereal last week because I'm SO SICK of eating eggs. I'm not sure I'm ready to give that back up.
EDIT: I think it's the cereal. Bye bye cereal *sad face*
