10st 11.5 (1/2 off at WW) A little disappointed, if I'm honest, but I suppose I did well last week and the last stone will be slower. But on the plus side I earned & had my massage as a reward for losing 2st so far at WW, so that was lovely. Gym body fat scales measure me as 45.7%, 31.5kg of fat! Excellent is 25%, poor is 37.2%-so I'm BEYOND poor!! Will try that again in a month or so and see if there's any improvement-fingers crossed!
