Tuesday, 6/13/17 Steps = 17,596
Argh... Worst weigh-in in months. I know it's just one week, but I feel like I'm trying really hard and the effort deserves better than .4 lbs. I didn't meet my challenge of losing 1 pound a week til August either. So irritating... For now, I'm going to resist the urge to over analyze the week. My temptation to change something is great, but a one week slow down shouldn't probably change what has been working for months. If I have another bad weigh-in next week, then I'll consider some changes.
I hope it isn't my weight lifting that's adding weight. I know it's good for me, but the scale is more of a concern. I know I should care about how I feel, how my clothes fit, etc. But being fat most of my life, the scale means more than anything to me:(
