Finding myself very constipated so I am gonna try a few mixed berries and flax oil in my protein drink. I hate adding the carbs, but gotta try something. Any ideas, would be great thanks, You all have a blessed day!

Actually the fiber will help a lot. If you have any anise seed, steeping it as a tea will really help. How many protein shakes have you had? Sometimes they can constipate you.

Thanks can I buy anise in the tea section anywhere. I will try that. I have 1-2 protein shakes a day mid morning and mid afternoon sometimes.

You might also consider mixing "Clear and Natural Metamucil" in your shakes or in plain water. there is no taste, no texture, no smell, etc...so you don't know it's in there but you get 5 grams of fiber! I think it would taste better than oil and berries?
