Diario de D1srupta, 29 jun. 17

I had intended to IF yesterday with only 1k calories but I ended up eating more as I was hungry after all that time not eating. I did try to keep to a window of eating and maintained my macros. I also had a full nights sleep last night for the first time in a few days. The last time I weighed this low I had stayed up all night and slept in so it was a very fasted state unlike today which was an average fasted state. So definitely some progress!
122,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 35,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
