It's the day we all dread ! WEIGHT IN DAY !!! I am standing on the scales having removed everything possible for my person, l have my eyes closed , l take a deep breathe and open my eyes hoping to see a figure lower than last week, it's not great news just good news l've lost a bit more, the 9 has changed to a 8. I am pleased with the result because I have been eating a lot more this week compared with last week. I have even had a little bit of chocolate. I have been using a mixture of WW and SW to include the little bit of chocolate that I had as bad fats. I think my weight loss would have been better if I had been able to use my bike. I have only been walking around and doing a bit of general exercise, it all helps. Well as expected it's forecasted for rain and the look of the clouds l think it's due, l will try and get out between the showers and grab a little shopping. I hope everyone's well and doing well fighting their demons. Bye for now xx
