It's day 3 of induction and I'm feeling GREAT about this way of eating!!! I'm following it to a T because I'm ready to make the changes I've wanted for so long! I've always known that starch causes me to crash and that I much more prefer savory, protein rich snacks. Anyway, this was a great decision and I love watching the pounds melt off!
