I have been totally off-track and eating everything in sight. Gained back just about everything I lost!

I do well at work, then I get home and there's nothing ready so we end up ordering out and I eat way more than I should. Like last night's Dominos Pizza. Hey, it had pineapple on it, that's a fruit.

I really want to lose 10 pounds by May 1. I must make a commitment and just do it.

If you don't work on Sunday, plan out meals for during the week. There are many easy dishes to make. Cut up fruit and veggies so you can munch when you get home while cooking dinner. It's all about planning. You can even order out, but look up how much you can eat (points values)before you eat it.
