It's time to take things more seriously. I'm being too lenient and always pushing the "I'll start tomorrow" excuse.

I want to be back under 100kg before the December Festive Season.

No more excuses. It's time to focus!!!

So I managed to do my 24hour fast and it went well but then I decided to have supper and then Game of Thrones was on and I was feeling nibbly! LOL! Agh!!! This weather and fluish feelings aint helping!!

LOL, Yes I'm just shifting blame off myself :D This week isn't going well. The weather and I'm feeling fluish with a scratchy throat. Need to just make next week a better week :)

I weigh in monthly, I find weekly .....too much fluctuation and physiologically not motivating😠....Lost 2kg...took me 2mnths.I am on 10day challenge to reduce intake and keep below 95%....I have learnt slowly does it.Quick not working..

Haclene I found weighing once a week keeps me more informed of my progress. I weigh myself everyday but only take my Thursday weigh-in as my official weight. I've lost over 35kg already but put on some of the weight due to life getting a bit hectic. I just need to refocus and be more dedicated. This cold weather is definitely not helping! lol.

LOL aiy im sitiing her laffing at each and every single one of these comments cause i was stressing out thinking i can go back to fat secret as i have gained so much weight (4kgs) but reading BBO's post and urlz comments makes me feel @ home

Buyimthembu we don't need to be sad about weight gain. Keeping the journey fun and humourous makes it easier to keep it going. I am going to reboot my journey as of Monday(I hope).
