its been at least 2 weeks since I've logged anything officially since I'm doing s_l_o_w loss. I don't quite trust my scale, I do feel slimmer but I got out the measuring tape. My legs measured up over an inch apeice- I guess its muscles from the extra walking. But the pleasant surprise. 1 inch off my waist!
