Diario de alissabill, 20 ene. 08

Weighed in this am but did not have time to record it because my son had a wrestling tournament today. (he placed 3rd, yeah trent)I am having a hard time with snacks to take with me to these events. I take celery, cashews, and had tuna with me today. These events sells nothing but sugar and carbs!!! If anyone would have any suggestions please let me know. My whole family is cutting the sugar and carbs. We as a family have lost almost 20 pounds. But being a busy family it is sometimes really hard to stick with. I would apprieciate any ideas.

Hello, I know what you mean. Have you tried the peanut butter cookies made with one cup splenda, one cup p.butter and one egg.? Sounds crazy but is a delicious way to kill the sweet craving. Good luck...

Cheese sticks, sliced summer sausage (I know it's processed, but handy once in a while), hard boiled eggs, other salted nuts, cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks or coins, jicama, radishes, raw green beans (they have these especially for eating raw in some produce departments), cubed chicken (pick up with a toothpick and dip in guacamole for a tasty treat). You might need a cooler, but at least this offers some variety. Good luck!
