You don't know me, but this cropped up on my feed, and, just ... don't beat yourself up? Some ups and downs are to be expected. Fluctuations of up to 5lbs are pretty normal (water weight etc). Maybe weighing yourself once a week instead of daily will help? Easier not to panic that way if your weight is a bit higher than expected... Anyway, good luck with your journey!
