Wow. 5# loss in one day. Not unusual for me, or back when I was heavier, I should remember. This drop prolly due to massive GI flush yesterday. Unintended flush though. Anyway.
Mood seems ok.
Earplugs in last night and moved BP diuretic to AM, thus I slept very well. About 10 straight hours. YESSIR.
“She that shall not be named”, bought a whole 🐔, on sale(!)(!), I spatchcocked and roasted yesterday, and woot!!!..... so damned tasty and stock is simmering now, homemade soup coming!
Staying in today, still not right, GI-wise so putting off passport task to tomorrow early am.
