Holding steady at 180 for the last coupla days. Worried a bit about thanksgiving. Just hafta keep tracking. And exercising!
My tastebuds are def changing, though. I no longer crave certain foods. Or maybe I do, but when I taste them, they're gross now. Like Cheezeits. I used to LOVE them. Not anymore, so that's good!
