Back to my normal Tuesday weigh-in day. I ate everything I wanted on Thanksgiving, and then went right back to normal eating the next day. Have to admit I weighed several times (unofficially) this week. Sort of panicked when I saw I was up 2 pounds, but I was still below my goal weight. Today, I'm pretty much back down to where I feel I have a 'buffer' to maintain my goal. So far so good... I feel the holidays looming. Need to stay confident that I can do this...
