Nothing gained or lost this week for me. I knew my fast weight loss was coming to an end.
75,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You've done incredibly well for the first couple of weeks....AWESOME in fact! Now that you're in the groove the weight will continue to drop off at a slower rate...Look for a pound or two a week...and that's THE BEST way to see it go....It will stay off....but I'm sure you already know that!
