I am only down a pound for the New Year, but on a positive note my weight is not up. I have lost four pant sizes, and I can see these are getting smaller, too! I am still obese, though.

I am hoping the downward trend continues. The last jeans I purchased were not the woman's sized one, but the ones girls are wearing even though they were XL--I think I can get into a Large soon. I cannot wait. At 67.5 years I cannot expect to lose like a guy or a young gal.
