Still losing about a pound a week - but slow and steady wins the race...I thought I might gain as I ate a lot more vegetables this week, but I'm glad I didn't - the diet is going well, everyone who reads this journal entry stick to the diet and it should work - I'm on medicine that makes one gain weight and I'm losing it, so even if it seems hopeless and you have a lot of weight to lose it isn't because every week if you stick to the diet you should slowly but surely make progress like I am! Good luck everyone! :)
