this was my starting weight when I first saw the dietician. I put 8Ibs on over Christmas I started healthy eating on 01.01.18. so far so good. I lost the 8Ibs I put on plus 1/2 a Ib. it's not much but it is better than a gain. I now have 4 weeks before I see my dietician again. now will be the true test of my will power and my ability to stick to a new healthier lifestyle.
