The grams of fibre in a food can be subtracted from the carb grams. 20 grams total in a day for a few weeks will kickstart you into ketosis. It isn’t as rough staying there. The fats don’t have to be at 100g but they will satisfy your hunger and give you a non-blood sugar impacting food source that’s good for your brain, but you also need to burn fat to lose. Your protein goal between 50-90 is okay. Pretty much 50 is minimum. Water is essential as is salt and electrolytes and magnesium. If you are short on your water or the minerals and electrolytes you will not lose. 🙋🏻♀️
