I didn't get to workout yesterday and may try a home workout today because I have my day job and a gig tonight. BUt I want to try to get at least a good high intensity workout in for at least 15 minutes today. I am liking this intermittent fasting thing and the more I study it the more health benefits besides losing weight I see. I shall keep trying. I am happy to see the loss today. Was hoping for 139 by tomorrow. Oh, well. I will take this loss and just keep trying. Aiming for 1500 calories or less.
