I can't say that I have been writing down everything I eat, but just watching what I consume a day...I haven't been able to really excercise too much, but just watching my diet seems to be working. I do step on the scale every morning to monitor my intake the previous day. I am very determined to lose this weight, but I want it to be healthy and where I am able to keep it off. This is my third weight loss journey b/c I always gain so much weight during each pregnancy and I have 3 children. I just had my last on in July. So prayerfully this will be my last weight loss journey. So I have always been able to lose the weight, however, this last pregnancy I was the biggest and the belly fat area is the toughest. I am keeping God the focus and with His help I know I can accomplish my goal.
