YES! Finally under 220lbs! Only 4 more pounds to go until I hit my goal. I had my bodyfat tested last week and I was at 10% but goal is 8-9%

Wow, that is an amazing accomplishment! You should be very proud of yourself. It is so hard to lose weight but once you set your mind to it you can get through it. Congratulations on your book I will definitely check it out!

Wow dude! (sorry, i call people dude when I'm in shock)...that picture with your old pants is great! It looks like now you could fit in one of the legs alone. Awesome, no wonder you look so happy.
