Mother in Law is doing well enough that I can return to work. She just asked me to bring her chocolate today, lol.

So happy to see the 5 return…now to try and maintain again. Wondering, since I stayed steady at 126 for so long - if I should drop to 124 this time and settle in at 125?

I hope you all have a beautiful day. I got the Mr. to do a short workout with me yesterday, there’s a short circuit video that he doesn’t hate. I use it as a warm-up, for my higher intensity one.

Then the goofball tried to run on an empty stomach and got nauseous.
I challenge you to do at least 20 minutes of exercise, whether you want to or not. You can do more; obviously, but at least get yourself to start by telling yourself it’s only 20 minutes. You will feel better and be so glad you did. Just be sure and put some fuel in your belly before you start your engine.
