Ham and lots and lots of water. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Yes, Easter was a day for eating and enjoying the day. No guilt, not beating myself up. Life will go on.

I went for a long hike yesterday and thought a lot about my weight. When I started this journey in 2013, I was 194 pounds. I've come a long way and one pound up or down really isn't going to change me. I just have to make sure it's not always up. My goal at that time was 160, the weight I was when I married my hubby. I've passed that so I'm happy. Would I like to lose more? Of course. BUT . . . I'm alive and overall very happy in my life.

Life is more than a number on the scale. It's something I need to remind myself of more often. It's ok to eat that ice cream once in awhile. It's ok to celebrate a milestone with a beer or a piece of cake. Don't beat yourself for enjoying life.

Stay strong everyone and remember to live your life with no guilt!

That's not bad at all..my fluctuations after dinning on ham are 2-3 lbs more...goes away in a day...you did an excellent jon imo;)

I think it does you good to have some treats now and again, as long as that doesn't set off a binge. With practice you can get back to your diet the next day. I like walking too but the weather puts me off too easily - lol!
