I have not be on in a week. I have to tell you that I was so happy to lose 11 pounds in seven days on the cabbage soup diet. I started on the GI diet hoping to continue to lose but I actually gained back 8 pounds. I found out that most of the weight I lost was all water so it was inevitable the weight would come back. So I have now been following the GI diet and I joined a health club. They give you a free consultation with a trainer. I have worked out for the last week and it has been hard, but I have now dropped 5 pounds the right way. I feel great. At first I was sore but now I just don't think about it. I was able to buy a pair of jeans that was a size 14 petite. I can not remember the last time I wore jeans.
81,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 18,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
