I was so concerned over my sugar orgy that I forgot to mention the good stuff - for the last three days, I've walked at least 5 miles. That means I'm three for three on my "I'm going to walk 1000 miles this year" thing that I started on Sunday. There's only 197 days left this year that I have to walk 5 miles. *lol*
Steps: 12242 (5.02m) - Sunday 12286 (5.04m) - Monday 13446 (5.51m) - Tuesday (and 9963 of those were aerobic!)

You're doing great! I use to try to get in 10,000 steps a day, but haven't done that in a while. Next week when I start exercising again, I'll start logging my walks again. Keep up the good work!!
