Added Alli to my diet. Still not eating meat, and finding out how little I miss it. I think I'll add a few sprints to my exercise routine. Theory being that short bursty exercise will only burn calories, not fat. My body should then burn the fat on its own. At least that is my hope. I'm really trying to map out a diet that works, and I can do long term. The book ones just don't do it for me.
