It sucks when you do everything right and don't see it on the scale. It doesn't mean that nothing is happening within your body though. Sometimes it takes more than a week to see results. You can lose fat on your body and not see the scale move. I had a friend who went down 4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for months. Consistency is key and stick with it. It's like those weeks where you overeat and lose. Your doing great. Don't let a scale rule your emotions.
