yay! been at a stand still the last few weeks! i have half my bike miles in. trying to do them in 5 mile increments and i will do the other 5 wed or thurs.. trying to pace them out preparing for those harder weeks until i get used to it... cut my time 10 minutes already too! week 1 - 5 miles 30 mins week 2 - 5 miles 20 mins 5 miles __
