Oh boy, it was a birthday weekend. My youngest turned two on Valentine's day and well pretty much stretched it into a four day affair (14-17) but that happens with having a large and extended family, no one can ever get together at the same time. Either way there was plenty of sweets and I did have one cupcake. Yes I did risk not feeling well for eating it but it was my choice and oh man carbs are exactly how I remember...LOL
