Thank you yea I guess that could be it. I also am taking calcium pulvate. A freind told me about. It helps when you work out to burn more fat. I have only been taking it for about 2 weeks so it could be that too. I am close to my goal so hopefully it will help take the rest off. Are you feeling better?
