1.any cheese other than cheddar
2.any processed meat(sausages/pepperoni/salami etc)
3.hidden carbs

Yes lotus those will all stall you on Atkins and so will: A lack of exercise. Alcoholic drinks (I have been guilty of that recently on South Beach, so I am getting too many carbs). Not enough calories, and in truth perhaps too many calories too, it affected me both ways. Best wishes. At least you know what the problems are.

Just an observation, but looks like higher carb items are forcing your meals to be so small. You are absolutely right with noticing that processed meats and hidden carbs are bad. Try adding more butcher cut meats to your diet that will up your calories and lower your carb intake. Also oils and butter, heavy cream, and approved raw vegetables, etc. Peas, like Onlyuan mentioned, are not a good choice. Just like corn, it has natural sugars which spike your carb intake. You could replace those carbs with something more substantial instead. There are tons of choices out there with less carbs that are far more satisfying. That is great that you are testing your menu.
