Day before day one---->Prepared food for entire week ahead.I see no excuse to go off diet.I'm ready to start.So tomorrow is day one.I will reward myself if I can count till day 30 without a single break.After long binge of weeks together my body is tired of junk and carbs and is begging for relief. I can do it this time,cause I am ready.I need a change and I need freedom from slavery.I want to spread my wings and fly...

Lotus2009 YOU can do this! We are all behind you here! Can I fly with you LOL! I precook fish chicken and steak measure it to 5 oz and bag them. Then I just take out what I want nuke it add vegies and whalah! It really helps you stick to your diet plan. Good Luck!
