Had lunch @ 3pm.Soup made of cabbage,tomato puree,onions and celery with one table spoon of mayo.Around 2cups.Had one attack of carb craving after lunch,wanted to eat the mango that was on the dining table.Its 6pm now and I started feeling hungry,not much(3/10).I see a pattern of huger after 3hours after food.I guess blood glucose level dropped again.I will have to find out a snack,an easy one to have in between meals.May be a simple hard boiled egg...I am applying princles of Beck diet solution to find out my hunger pattern,
